Todd Tanner
Director of Instructions
Todd Tanner is a native of Utah with more than 19 years of competitive, recreational, and educational golf experience. He has had a very successful playing career locally and throughout the world. Todd has had competitive experience, Qualifying for the PGA Tour FBR Open in Scottsdale Arizona, and playing in 13 PGA Nationwide Tour Events. He has successfully made it through to the second stage of PGA Tour School on two occasions and has played on the Canadian Tour. In January 2011 Todd was honored as a US KIDS Top 50 Kids Teacher at the PGA Show in Orlando, Florida.
Nate Olson
At age 12 Nate picked up the game of golf after tagging along with his father & grandfather on several of their monthly nine-hole golf outings. The head golf professional from the local golf course in Morgan, UT asked him if he would come to the course for the summer to help with various golf course jobs in exchange for free golf. He gladly accepted the great opportunity and soon fell in love with the game and everything that comes from being involved with it. Nate spent the next five years working on the golf course and playing competitively in high school and on the state junior tour.
Emily Copier
Emily Copier grew up in Sandy, Utah. She attended Weber State University on a golf scholarship before transferring to BYU where she completed her collegiate golf career. She won the 2007 PGA Utah Section Girl’s High School of State Event, 2009 Publinks Qualifier in Utah, and 2009 Utah Cup. She also finished second place in the 2009 Big Sky Conference Championships. Emily was honored as a four-time Division 1 NGCA All-American Scholar. Over the past few years, she has taught at Willow Creek Country Club and BYU Kid’s Camps. In addition to her instructor position at Black Clover Golf Academy, Emily is a Technical Rep for Callaway Golf. .
